Modern man has lost its way - in terms of healthy masculinity, friendships, managing relationships and work/life balance.

In my men’s circles, I offer a space for men in the area to come together in mutual support, growth and shared experience for their own benefit primarily - and by extension, their families, relationships and their wider community.

I run online and in-person circles for men in Twickenham, and also online and in-person circles for boarding school survivors.

Please find further details of these below.

TWICKENHAM - OPEN CIRCLE

An opportunity to build a supportive community in Twickenham, improve mental health and foster personal growth in a safe, non-judgmental space. These gatherings provide an antidote to loneliness and social isolation, offering a rare opportunity to share, listen and connect deeply with other men, enhancing self-awareness and wellbeing.

TWICKENHAM - CLOSED CIRCLE

These circles work well for men who are ready to go deeper and need the commitment of time, money and other men to keep them engaged, This is a circle journey, that runs with the same group of eight men, over 12 weeks, covering topics such as earliest memories, family life, school, love, sex, anger, friendship, grief and joy.

BOARDING SCHOOL CIRCLES

Boarding school survival describes the adaptations children make, and effects of, coping with early separation and institutional life. Particularly with ex-boarders, group work can really help to normalise your experiences and truly feel nourished, seen and nurtured like you may not have felt before. This is a 12-week course, for eight men at a time.

OPEN SESSIONS - BOARDING SCHOOL

I am delighted to offer online circles in partnership with Seen & Heard, an organisation that supports the wellbeing of past and present pupils of boarding and independent day schools, and their families. These open circles are free to attend and a great place to feel supported for your first group, or to come back into when you have the capacity.
