If you’d like to come along, send me a message and I’ll share the details for the next circle.

What this space offers

A men’s circle is more than just talking.

It is an opportunity to build a supportive community, improve mental health, and foster personal growth in a space that is both grounded and non-judgemental.

For many men, it becomes an antidote to loneliness and social isolation—a rare chance to slow down, reflect, and connect more deeply with themselves and with others.

You are not expected to have the right words.
You are not expected to be a certain way.

You are simply invited to show up.

About the facilitator

The group is facilitated by Alexander Gray, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist based in Twickenham.

Alexander brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the space—balancing open conversation with deeper psychological insight when it’s helpful.

How the group works

Each session is held as a structured circle, creating a sense of safety and consistency. Within that structure, there is also space for the group to evolve naturally. Some sessions will centre around conversation and reflection.

Others may include elements such as:

  • breathwork

  • simple movement practices

  • grounding exercises

  • time in nature (as the group develops)

This allows the space to respond to what is needed, rather than forcing a fixed format.

Depth of the work

As facilitator, I bring a background in psychotherapy and men’s work, alongside an understanding of male psychology and relational patterns.

At times, we may explore themes such as:

  • identity and purpose

  • relationships and communication

  • emotional awareness and expression

  • patterns that keep us stuck

This can include drawing lightly on frameworks such as the archetypes of King, Warrior, Lover and Magician—not as theory, but as ways of understanding ourselves more clearly.

The intention is not to analyse, but to deepen awareness in a way that feels grounded and relevant.

A note on deeper work

Alongside the open monthly circle, there will be opportunities to join smaller, closed groups for men who want to go further.

These groups offer more depth, consistency and ongoing support over a set period of time. Details on request.
